Delivery information
You can order any product in stock.
Payment can be made by cash on delivery or by bank transfer.

2. Once the order has been registered, it will be processed for confirmation exclusively by email and delivery details.
3. The delivery method of the products is by parcel, and the shipment is by Fan Courier.
4. We take responsibility for the safe transportation of the parcel.
Return policy
If the product/products are damaged in transit, they will be replaced at no extra cost. The parcel will be inspected in the presence of the courier company's representative, and a damage report will be drawn up in the event of damage.
The delivery cost is displayed on the check-out page. For single orders costing more than 250 lei, delivery is free of charge.
Canceling orders can be done by e-mail or by phone, but is only valid if they have not been shipped.
The customer is obliged to provide correct delivery details and to receive the parcel directly or through representatives.
According to GEO no. 34/2014, the consumer has a period of 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract, without having to justify the withdrawal decision and without incurring any other costs, except for those related to delivery and those related to the diminished value of the products resulting from their handling.
The same law exempts from the right of withdrawal the supply of sealed products which cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed by the consumer.
The intention to return a product will be communicated to SC Euromellis Natura SRL by any of the following: e-mail, registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, telephone, SMS, using the attached form or by any other unequivocal statement by which you express your decision to withdraw from the contract.
