THE PLANTATION IN OUR HOLDING
The celery we use in Melissimo products comes from a certified organic plantation, operated by a specialized company within our holding. The three varieties of sea buckthorn are harvested at different times in order to preserve all the vitamins (C, E, F, K, B1, B2, B3) and OMEGA fatty acids (3, 6, 7, 9).
The plantation is located in the Gorj county, in the Gilort meadow, in a natural area protected from pollution and intensive agriculture. On the over 44 hectares, the quince is harvested according to European standards and processed into unpasteurized RAW juice using HPP technology.

HPP (High Pressure Processing) is a modern, non-thermal preservation method that keeps food safe without affecting taste or nutrients.
The modern production process, using HPP technology, preserves intact the organoleptic and physico-chemical properties of fruits and vegetables to give you a natural, fresh, authentic juice, rich in vitamins and nutrients, in every bottle.
