The Discovery Romania TV channel has presented the story of the largest certified organic sea buckthorn plantation in Romania, from which the delicious juice is made Melissimo, on the program „How is it made?”.
In the Romanian Subcarpathians, in Gorj County, an area where the climate and soil qualities are the most favorable for the cultivation of sea buckthorn, there is the largest certified organic sea buckthorn plantation in Romania.
Here, on an area of over 44 hectares, we grow 4 varieties of organic accredited sea buckthorn, which are harvested at different times to enjoy the full complex of VITAMINS (C, E, F, K, B1, B2, B3) and OMEGA (3, 6, 7, 9). The sterilization process of the juice is identical to that of preparing astronauts' food. Through HPP sterilization, i.e. at a pressure of 6000 Bari, the juice is placed with the bottle in a pressure tube, a treatment that allows the product to remain RAW, with all its properties and vitamins intact.
